Sessions and Fees
I offer a free consultation to all interested in working with me as their coach. This is for information gathering, to see where you want to be and what your goals are and for you to meet me and see if I am the coach for you. After the initial consultation all sessions are 60 minutes long regardless of whether you choose stand-alone Life Coaching sessions or one of my tailored programmes.
Coaching for Creatives workshops
Over three two-hour sessions you will develop your creative goals for 2025 and put together powerful plans to help you reach these goals. Working with 53:two and The Manchester Actor’s Platform (MAP) these workshops promise to be the ideal way to kick start your creative year.
The workshops are on three Tuesdays, the 7th, 14th and 21st January at the 53:two Studio on Deansgate in central Manchester

Session Locations
Face to Face sessions
Face to face sessions will be conducted in my home in Rossendale, Lancashire.
There is ample parking and the sessions will take place in a comfortable and private setting.
Online sessions
If you’d prefer online sessions, then these will be conducted via Zoom. I will provide the link well in advance of
the session and I ask that clients are in a safe and undisturbed place. The laptop, phone or tablet should be placed
where I can see your head and shoulders and you should try to avoid having any pets or small children around.
Sessions at your home or workplace
I am happy to travel to your home or workplace to conduct my coaching sessions, but I will have to charge 45p a mile
travel expenses if this is the case. We will need a comfortable, quiet, and private space to conduct the coaching session in.
Please also look out for bespoke workshops that I will be running in conjunction with a variety of organisations.

Initial consultation for information gathering and orientation – FREE
Business and Wellbeing Life Coaching session £70 (60 minutes).
Coaching for Creatives session £70 (60 MINUTES)
20% Discount available for Equity, Musicians Union, BECTU, Directors UK, Writer’s Guild and SD UK members.
Coaching for Educators session £70 (60 MINUTES)
20% Discount available for all teachers and other educational professionals.
Coaching for Creatives programme – Five 60-minute sessions £300

Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a booked session then I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Life can be unpredictable though and I will always do my best to accommodate your needs and reschedule as soon as possible.
If you do give me less than 24 hours’ notice of cancelation or rescheduling then you may be charged the full fee for that session.
