Dave Warren BA NPQH PGCE CertBLC
I am a UK College of Personal Development (UKCPD) trained coach accredited with the Association for Coaching (AC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am a fully qualified workplace Coach for Lancashire County Council as part of their Coaching for Excellence programme.
I taught for over 30 years rising to a senior leadership role with responsibility for staff development and CPD. As an arts educator, I successfully established and led ensembles that achieved remarkable success. Notably, the school brass band I founded won the Third International Youth Music Festival in Zurich. The drama company that evolved from an A-level Theatre Studies group became regular performers at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Additionally, I have written plays, with one receiving acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe, directed theatrical performances, and conducted brass bands. My experience also extends to working within the voluntary sector.
Throughout my career as an educator and creative, I discovered a deep-seated passion for connecting with individuals and assisting them in realising their full potential and unearthing their hidden strengths. Whether it was guiding fledgling teachers towards learning opportunities and appropriate training, fostering the growth of teams, particularly in creative fields, or supporting young individuals who, despite facing challenging circumstances, possessed innate talent, my constant thread has been the profound joy derived from engaging deeply with people and providing one-on-one support.
As a reflective and evocative coach, I strive to foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages clients to delve into their core priorities. By establishing a solid presence, deep rapport, and profound connection, I aim to create a robust platform for my clients to access their complete potential. Every client receives my unwavering commitment, and my ultimate goal is to inspire greatness and unlock their latent genius.
